I tell you the truth. Ling King Seng is a liar and thief. An UNIMAS student tried to find a refuge and rented a room in Ling King Seng's house in UNIVISTA. The UNIMAS student wanted to stay in hostel and paid only RM90 monthly for rental but he paid Ling King Seng RM180 monthly as rental fees. Ling King Seng spoke to the UNIMAS student very friendly and the house looked quiet. Everything seemed to be okay but what the UNIMAS student didn't know is that he just moved into a python's lair.
This tragic stealings have occurred in Ling King Seng's house, specifically in a room in ground floor which the UNIMAS student was renting. Ling King Seng has an Indonesian wife at the house. Ling King Seng forced the UNIMAS student to pay RM540 on the first day he moved in. The room was dirty, empty, with no bed, no table, no chair. The UNIMAS student locked the room door and went out. When the UNIMAS student returned to the house, he didn't have the key to open the door, so the UNIMAS student asked Ling King Seng of the room key. "No key. I don't have the key for this room." That was the first lie that Ling King Seng told the UNIMAS student. Later, this liar Ling King Seng took out a bunch of keys out from his trouser pocket (containing 15 keys) and tried one by one. One of his keys successfully opened the room door! Ling King Seng gave the key to the UNIMAS student. Since that day, the UNIMAS student lived there, thinking his room was safe.
Ling King Seng works in Anjung Ria Cafe. Ling King Seng's Indonesian wife was at the house and Ling King Seng returned to his house many times a day, depending on his stealing plans. Sometimes three times per day, sometimes six times per day. The UNIMAS student locked his room everytime he went out but nothing could save him from this greedy Ling King Seng. The UNIMAS student has heard that Ling King Seng has raped a UNIVERSITY female student before. But the UNIMAS student was a faithful servant to God and he treats everyone well. One day, the UNIMAS student discovered that his room was actually installed with hidden cameras after he lost his money in his room! The UNIMAS student asked Ling King Seng. "No key. I don't have the key to your room. You are the only one holding the key." This was the reply the UNIMAS student got. When the UNIMAS student confronted Ling King Seng, Ling King Seng said "No CCTV. No hidden cameras in your room.". Ling King Seng kept stealing money from the UNIMAS student.
The UNIMAS student wanted to move out but Ling King Seng said "You can move out but the RM360 deposit won't be refunded because you told me you wanted to stay here for one semester." This is a liar, cheating the UNIMAS student's money. The UNIMAS student has never said he wanted to stay there for one semester! The UNIMAS student will only keep staying if the place is suitable but Ling King Seng won't listen. After that day, Ling King Seng started his underwear exhibition in the basin in the washroom (as shown in the figure above) everyday. Ling King Seng put his underwear which he has worn for a day into the basin! Ling King Seng damaged the UNIMAS student's fx570-MS scientific calculator! Ling King Seng added chlorox into the UNIMAS student's drinking water!

Ling King Seng lied to the UNIMAS student that he did not has the key to access the room but Ling King Seng kept entering his room illegally and stole his properties. Ling King Seng committed so many stealings, thinking that no one else would find out because Ling King Seng was the house owner.

Ling King Seng brought 4 Indonesian guys into the house on February 2012. His wife (also indonesian) kept disturbing the UNIMAS student and used the UNIMAS student's shampoo, detergent, toothpaste and facewash cream when the UNIMAS student was not around. On 23 Feb 2012, 11.35pm, Ling King Seng ordered the Indonesians to beat the UNIMAS student and destroy the room door and everything in the UNIMAS student's room. Ling King Seng blackmailed and forced the UNIMAS student to get out from the house!
The pitiful UNIMAS student was me. Ling King Seng is a thief, liar and hypocrite. Ling King Seng stole my properties, my money, my freedom, Ling King Seng told lies about me to other people to cover up all the crimes that he did to me.
